Wake up ready, our robe wrap technique broken down for you

The Robe Wrape, wake-up ready…

Living your best life with extensions…

Do not sleep, swim or work out with your hair unsecured! It will cause tangling and damage to your natural hair + your extension hair. Loose braids, low ponys or loose buns keep everything safe. While swimming in a pool or ocean, specifically, get your hair wet and condition prior to heading out to the water. This will limit salt water/chemical absorption.

A silk pillowcase will make extension life that much happier, purchase the recommended one here.

  • Shampoo TWICE, the first shampoo breaks up product the second washes it away. Apply a liberal amount of conditioner or mask, then comb through PRIOR to rinsing. If it’s not easily combable add more conditioner, this should not be a struggle…

  • Recommended schedule is only 1x per week. You can secure everything below the rows and do a top wash mid week if it’s needed.

  • Serum minim 2x per day

  • Brush minimum 3x per day

  • DO NOT GO TO BED WITH WET HAIR

  • After shampoo and conditioner apply leave in conditioner and serum, THEN comb or wet brush add more serum remove excess moisture by squeezing the ends with your towel

  • always secure the top of your rows while brushing

  • never use sunscreen containing avobenzone, you’ll discolor your wefts

  • no purple shampoo with the exception of Goldie Locks (it is specifically formulated for wefts)

  • thoroughly brush your hair before getting in the shower

  • after shampooing (twice) liberally coat your hair with conditioner or masque, then use a shower comb or brush while the conditioner is still in prior to rinsing

  • instead of the beloved hair wrap after the shower, split hair down the middle and use towel around your shoulders to wrap the ends up.
